How can I more fully enjoy work?
Stress is a biological response to the perception of a physical or mental threat. This includes the perceived inability to handle expectations or situations carrying consequences (overload).
The good news?
Because stress is based on perception, we can manipulate it. For example, overload stress can be reduced by relocating the load from the mind into a more suitable information retrieval system.
When we clear our head we are free to attend to a more manageable work load. Many programs show how to store, process, and organize information so that the brain gets a break.
